A few snaps from our wonderful week 🐻 In Massage Bears we learned the massage strokes for the tummy area which helps with digestion and trapped wind and we had a good amount of gas released in our Kettering class 🤣 In Baby Bears we also did a mini tummy massage along with some baby yoga and instrument play. It was so lovely to see some of the babies really starting to use the tapping sticks with more confidence! 🥁 In Active Bears we had a transport theme and had lots of fun with the parachute as well as instruments, baby yoga and sensory play! If you’ve been meaning to book in for a Mummy MOT with us, this is your reminder! 🔧 If your not quite feeling quite right down there after birth or you want a thorough check of your pelvic floor, stomach muscles, posture and any scarring from birth then come and see Cheryl our expert midwife Mummy MOT practitioner 👩🏽‍⚕️ If you’re planning on getting into the gym or exercise this year, it’s so important to build your muscles internally before building them externally as you can end up causing more damage. 💪🏽 This is where a Mummy MOT is great as Cheryl will conduct a thorough assessment before creating a bespoke set of exercises to help strengthen those internal muscles.
